I want each client to feel like they have a personal creative consultant by their side the entire time & feel as if they are the only client I have. I will give my full attention to each order and make sure that the customization fits your needs. If you know what you want and you haven't been able to find it, I will create it! If you’re not sure what you want I will help you decide on a the theme and customization that best fits your needs.
HOW TO ORDER
You may place your order online by adding your items to the shopping cart and check out when ready. Just above any “add to cart” buttons will be the customization form if applicable. Or you may call me, Kristal, toll free at 866.440.3535 and I will be happy to take your order over the phone.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Most orders will ship within 7 business days. You will receive notification of your shipment with a tracking number if applicable. Bulk order of 200 or more will take approximately 14 business days to ship. If you need your order rushed please let me know and I will send you a quote for expedited shipping.
Please allow at least 5 business days for ground delivery.
All packages are normally shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service)
Shipping costs are calculated by destination and weight.
(Weight is not a factor when using USPS Flat Rate Envelope or Flat Rate box.)
We do not ship outside the US
Return Policy
Due to the custom and personal natureof the products NO Refunds or Returns will be issued unless there is an error at the fault of Sweet Expressions. When you order you will be sent a digital proof before production begins and You, the customer, must be sure to check every detail of the digital proof to include proofing any photos / graphics, spelling of personalized names and messages you choose, font colors, etc.
So please, proof and reproof everything & check for spelling mistakes & any other pertinent information at the time of order.
Once we receive confirmation from you that a proof is correct we will begin printing production and no changes or refunds will be given.
If you receive your order and there is an error that is the fault of Sweet Expressions (that differs from the digital proof you confirmed to be correct) Sweet Expressions will work with you on an agreeable solution or reprint the order and ship using a shipping method that will get the order to you in the time frame needed. If time will not allow for a reprint, a Refund will be issued to you excluding any shipping fees.
However, any errors or misprints on the customers end, we will not be held responsible or provide remakes or refunds.
Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE
Need By Dates
Please try & place your order at least 2 weeks in advance before the actual event date.
This is to allow the necessary time needed for creation and production of your order.
If you need an order held until a specific day or time, please contact us to discuss & make arrangements. Otherwise, your order will be shipped as normal.
*Larger sized orders may take slightly longer to create & complete, so please take that into consideration when placing your order.
Payment Methods
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. This includes any local orders in the Raleigh area as well.
When using the online shopping cart you will check out using PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account to use the Paypal checkout.
If you prefer to place your order by phone or email we will send you an email invoice and which will also use PayPal at Checkout.
We do accept checks but your order will not be processed until your check has been received and the funds have cleared the bank.
