If you would like to add a photo or logo, simply add a note in the "Additional Comments" section and email your picture to kreagan@sweetexpressionsllc.net and use your order number as the email "Subject." It is recommended that your picture be at least 300dpi for best print quality. Please note some designs do NOT allow for a photo, there must be a white area in the product for photo/logo placement.

You will receive an email confirmation, as well as a digital proof of your order within 48 hours to the email address you supplied with your order. In the event that we should have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you using the information you give us.

Upon receiving your proof, please pay close attention to the information you submitted for personalization. It is important that you check for errors including any graphical errors as well as typo/misspellings. Once an approval has been given to Sweet Expressions, printing will begin and no refunds will be given due to the personal nature of each product.  If we find that after printing there is an error and it is at the fault of Sweet Expressions (meaning the printed version is different than the approved proof) then we will reprint and ship at not extra charge to you the corrected wrappers/labels.  If there is an error that was on a proof you approved Sweet Expressions is not liable for the error and no refund will be given. 

Orders ship within 5 - 7 business days from the time your order is received. Please allow an additional 2 - 5 days for delivery

When ordering chocolate that must be shipped between the months of March - October you will need to choose "Add a cooler" option and overnight shipping.  Otherwise the chocolate in your order will melt because of the outside temp.  If you do not add it to your order when checking out you will be contacted by Sweet Expressions using the contact information you provide us to complete the shipping order.  You order will not be processed until we speak with you about your shipping options.
